Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
When a contractor connects Facebook, The IndoorOutdoor Resource stores the connected Facebook account identifier, selected business Page identifier and name, access tokens, and public Page recommendations returned by Meta's API. This information is used only to connect the selected Page and display its available recommendations.
Delete Facebook connection data immediately
- Sign in to your IndoorOutdoor contractor account.
- Open Profile Settings, then Review Settings.
- Select Disconnect in the Facebook Recommendations section.
Disconnecting removes the stored Facebook account connection, Page access credentials, and imported Facebook recommendation records from IndoorOutdoor.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your contractor account, email info@indooroutdoor.com from the email address associated with the account. Include the contractor business name and connected Facebook Page name. We will verify the request and delete the associated Facebook integration data within 30 days.
You may also remove IndoorOutdoor from Facebook's Business Integrations settings to revoke future API access. To ensure previously imported data is deleted, also disconnect it inside IndoorOutdoor or email us using the instructions above.
